Hey! A quick question: I bought Chapter 3 a while ago (it ends when Luis arrives at the hotel and just realizes that the groom is Freddy). How do I get an update? I even bought the game twice, hoping I could get an update that way...but that didn't work! Thanks for the help! And P.S.: I LOVE IT! :)
Thanks for your comment! Just to clarify, I only sell my projects on Itch.io, and Patreon works on a subscription basis, not direct purchases. Could you let me know where you purchased CH 2 and 3? I’d like to understand the situation better and help you out.

I have the downloads still on my download tab on chrome but it says the downloads been removed so I can't redownload it. And when I request the previous purchases from Itch only season 1 of LFTS appears :/ . Was purchased sometime last year after July I'd say. Thanks for helping anyway you can :)
No worries! I think I see what’s going on. The downloads tab in Chrome just remembers past downloads, but if the files were removed from your computer, they won’t open anymore. You’ll need to redownload them from your Itch.io account.
Here’s how you can check your purchases and get them back:
Log into the same Itch.io account you used to buy the chapters.
